The Roche LightCycler 480II 1536 is a real time PCR with a rapid plate based thermal cycler.
The LightCycler 1536 allows for, of course, 1536 data points. It allows one to obtain high performance data while checking for errors to give you the best quality data
available
. It is allows for fourfold higher throughput per plate while reducing the sample input volume allowing more
efficiency
and cost saving effects.
The LightCycler 1536 will be fully calibrated with special attention to detail to the lamp inside the machine.
The lamp has basically never been used so you won't need to worry about it for the next couple of years. See picture for reference.
The machine will be certified in house and will be backed by our 90-day warranty policy.
