Oilgear Hydraulic Pump DMCR-2011-MNL 1100 PSI 1200 RPM 34.6 GPM NOS

Description

The controls and suction valve installed on the pump are presently set-up for hydrostatic service. Pressure out of port "A" to the motor and return oil from the motor to port "B". The "B" port is used for braking. The M-Control (115/60) is set-up for 4 solenoid selectable adjustable stroke positions at port "A" and neutral. The opposing operator is an Acceleration/Deceleration control. The suction valve is the check type used for locked or meter down circuits. The controls are what limits the pump from 2-way or over-center operation. The pump is rated for 1200 RPM CW rotation input. Both the "A" and "B" port relief valves are factory set at 1800 PSI. The controls and/or suction valve can be removed from your present unit (D-20 series) and installed onto this unit to make a spare or replacement for your existing machine. The installed M-Control can be converted to 2-way or over-center operation by replacing the 2 short stroke adjusters at positions 3 and 4 with standard stroke adjusters to give the M-Control 2 adjustable positions at port "A" and 2 adjustable positions at port "B". The Acceleration/Deceleration control would have to be replaced with the standard Bias control for 2-way or over-center operation. We can supply the pump with the controls as shown or we can remove them to provide the unit as "Basic" pump without controls.
