'Dual' refers to the two thermostats combined in this item - (1) the working (adjustable) thermostat which controls the sauna temperature, and (2) the re-settable overheat (safety) cut-out thermostat, which operates at a fixed high-limit temperature.

Your order will be dispatched depending on its stock location within 1 to 5 working days (depending on item category) excluding weekends and public holidays. SaunaInter strongly suggests that customers save the original packaging of the products in case the products require warranty service – these are the requirements of certain manufacturers. You must not remove the serial number of the product or any other important information, required for the identification of the product, from the product itself or its package. Returns and Refunds: If the customer finds the acquired goods unsuitable for some reason, he/she has the right to return the goods to the seller within 14 calendar days. The returned goods must not be used. They must include their original packaging. The returned original packaging must only have minor damage without which it would have been impossible to open the packaging. The product or its packaging must contain all factory labels, including the serial number. Return shipping fee is customers’ responsibility. The refund will be applied as soon as we will receive the item to our warehouse and the item will be inspected for acceptable condition. Items that are not returned at our description in the above condition will be returned to buyers with no refund or exchange. NB!
