    Description

    This is a Bio-Rad iQ5 5-color real-time PCR system with a fully configured laptop.  Calibration and qPCR testing was performed in April 2021 on all color channels, meeting or exceeding factory specifications (calibration report included)
    .  Refurbishing includes a new halogen lamp, optics cleaning/aligning and temperature uniformity testing.
    This machine will detect the following fluorophores: FAM, SYBR,
    HEX, TET, TAMRA, VIC, JOE, Texas Red, ROX, Cy5.
