    Description

    This Bio-Rad IQ5 qPCR system with computer and software is in excellent working condition with minor markes. It is ready to use. It has been fully calibrated on 96 well plate and can detect up to 5 different gene targets of interest (5 dye colors) in a single well, which is superior to the ABI-7500 system that detects up to 4 different dye colors in a single well in a real-time PCR reaction.
    Pictures from #6 to #12 show the detected signals for FAM, VIC, TAMRA, Texas Red, and Cy5, with the Ct numbers as shown for the positivesample in column 5.
