Description:
This is Hydraulic Power Unit which is driven by DC brushless motor. The motor is high power DC brushless motor produced by VW Company, the oil pump is gear pump produced by TRW Company in Italy.
It contains the hydraulic valve, Shock-proof pressure gauge, built-in filter net for the Oil inlet.
This oil pump unit is with high quality and high reliability, it can be used for micro hydraulic equipment, manual hydraulic tool modification, model excavator, dumpers, tanks, etc.
When testing the maximum pressure is more than 18MPa, the working range of the hydraulic valve is 0~20MPa adjustable.
( The range of the pressure gauge is 0~10MPa, if working pressure is more than 10MPa, users need to change suitable pressure gauge).
Brushless motor needs drive for working, this unit does not contain the drive for the brushless motor, users can use common ESC or brushless motor controller to drive the motor.

The motor can only rotate by counter-clockwise (CCW) direction (this is single-acting oil pump), the drive current should be more than 25A.
Users can use common air tupe or water tube to connect the oil inlet and overflow hole of the oil pump. The outlet should use high-pressure nylon tube or copper tube for connection.
